1 year anniversary

12 months it’s been with the love of my life. We started out rough, i despised you at a point. I just wanted you to leave me alone. I regretted my decision to let you in my life, the outcome was the last thing on my mind when I did. All I knew, when we started, was that you felt right. Days, months, weeks passed by and I had to learn to put my feelings aside. I eventually got rid of the negative energy and started to like you. You made me feel different, a good different. You made me feel like a new person. I felt more and more confident as I got less and less stares. Now it’s been exactly a year and you are the best thing that happened to me. 

To my hijab. We’ve had both good and bad times but I truly love what you have made me become.
